  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Orders will be deliveries timetables will be specified at quotation subject to payment acceptance. If there are any delays we will inform you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.
  • We ship to most countries, please contact us if you have any queries.
     
  •  Please note that all orders sent to USA and the Rest of World may be subject to local import duties and taxes; these charges plus any charges for Customs Clearance must be borne by you, the customer.
  • Liability

    Insofar as is permitted by law where Work is defective for any reason, including negligence, the company’s  liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such defect, or crediting its value against any invoice raised in respect of the Work. 

    Where the Company performs its obligations to rectify defective Work under this condition the Company shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or third party claims occasioned by defective Work and the Buyer shall not be entitled to any further claim in respect of the Work nor shall the Buyer be entitled to repudiate the contract, refuse to pay for the work or cancel further deliveries. 
    The Company  shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or third party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to the Buyer arising from delay in transit, whether as a result of the Company’s  negligence or otherwise. 
    Where the Company offers to replace defective Work the Buyer must accept such an offer unless he can show clear cause for refusing so to do. If the Buyer opts to have the work re-done by any third party without reference to the Company the Buyer automatically revokes his right to any remedy from the Company, including but not exclusively the right to a credit in respect of Work done by the Company.
     
  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    Please note: All products are hand-crafted to order and are non returnable. There are exceptions to our Refunds Policy for certain items. Costs of returning goods to us must be borne by the customer. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were purchased. Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Statutory. Under the Sale of Goods Act, the goods we sell you must: conform to the description we have given you, be of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose, be safe. You have statutory rights to have goods which do not meet these standards repaired or replaced, or in certain circumstances you can receive a refund. Distance Selling Regulations Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Under these regulations you have the right to cancel a contract for the sale of goods, where that contract has been entered into by distance means (e.g. via website). If you want to cancel, you must do so before goods are hand-crafted or shipped. To cancel the contract you must send us a notice stating that you wish to cancel the contract. We will only be able to process your cancellation if we have your order number, so you should also enclose your original delivery note. You are responsible for returning defective goods to us at your cost. Your notice of cancellation should be sent to: contact@debbiemckeegan.com  Where you cancel a contract, you have an obligation to keep possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Once we have received your notice of cancellation we will arrange to reimburse you. It may take up to 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for this to be done. We will only reimburse you to the card with which you paid.
  • COLOUR REPRODUCTION

    Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed between different prints batches made from the same negative or digital files media at different times. Where colour matching is required a batch sample must be enclosed. Without specific guides colour reproduction will be deemed faithful at the discretion of the company.

  • PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

    We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Currently we do not accept Diners Card or Amex.

    Your card will be charged on receipt of order. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock you will not be charged for them until they have been despatched to you. You will be advised by e-mail as soon as possible if your order is delayed or we are unable to complete it. If a delay does occur then we will give you an estimated delivery date for that item.

    We will not pass on your e-mail address or any of your details to any other person or company.

    All goods remain the property of www.DebbieMcKeegan.com until payment is received in full. Interest may be charged on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

    Dimensions quoted are approximate and may vary by 5%+/-.  All colours, materials, tolerances and the like seen by the buyer our brochure, website, descriptions or other samples are deemed to be approximate only unless otherwise agreed we might make reasonable variations in the manufacture of the goods.

    The Company shall not be liable for any variations on the specification of the Goods, which do not materially affect the use and operation of the Goods or for the substitution of any materials or component parts of the Goods by other materials or parts of a quality equivalent or superior to that originally specified.
